NATIVE OF GRANT TOWNSHIP DIES

MRS. PLUEGER WAS WIFE OF WELL KNOWN FARMER IN CRAIG VICINITY

Mrs. Plueger, wife of Charles Plueger, prominent and well known farmer of Grant township, died at a hospital in Cherokee Sunday following an attack of bronchial pneumonia. For many years she had suffered from mental aberration.

Mrs. Plueger was a native of Plymouth county where she was born February 24, 1873. Her father, John Albers, was one of the early settlers in Grant township. Her maiden name was Hilka Marie Albers and she grew up in the vicinity and when a young woman was married to Charles Plueger.

She is survived by her husband and three children, John F. Plueger, Mrs. George Schmidt and Mrs. Carl Baack, of this county. She also leaves three brothers, Herman Albers, of Pipestone, Minn.; John Albers, of Moville.

The funeral will be held Wednesday afternoon at the Lutheran church in Craig, Rev. Wm, Zibell officiating, and interment will be made in the Craig cemetery.
