Angela Faith Ostermyer, age four weeks,v daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lonnie Ostermyer of Akron, died Aug. 15 at the Akron hospital of apparent crib death syndrome.

Services were at the First Church of Christ Aug. 17 with burial in Riverside Cemetery under direction of the Schroeder Funeral Home of Akron.

The infant was born July 17, 1974 in Sioux City.

Survivors in addition to the parents, include sisters, Wendy and Jennifer, both at home; the maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. John Buys of Akron; the paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Ostermyer of Chatsworth; great-grandmothers, Mrs. Ed Bolton of Bloomfield, Neb., Mrs. Zora Wolken of Sacramento, Calif., and Mrs. Katie Ostermyer of Sioux City.
