Corey Michael Blake, 10-weeks-old, Akron, Iowa, died January 4 at Akron hospital.

The funeral was held at 2 p.m. January 6 at the Schroeder Funeral Home. Steven Steele officiated. Burial was in Riverside Cemetery.

Corey was born October 20 at the Akron Hospital.

Survivors include the parents, Mr. and Mrs. Arden Blake, a sister, Christy, grandparents, M. and Mrs. Robert Trefren and Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Blake and a great-grandmother, Mrs. Dan Blake, Sr., all of Akron.
