Area Deaths. MISS NELLE KRAMER, 78, FUNERAL RITES ARE HELD AT REMSEN CHURCH.
Funeral services for Miss Nelle M. Kramer, 78, Remsen, who died after a heart attack Friday at a Sioux City hospital where she had been a patient for 15 days, were at 1:30 p.m. Monday at St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran church, Remsen.
Rev. Paul Wuebben officiated. Burial was in the Remsen cemetery under the direction of the Moeller funeral home.
Miss Kramer was born Dec. 24, 1883, at Elgin, Iowa. She came to Remsen as a child with her family.
She taught school for several years. She was a federal employee in Washington for 33 years. She returned to Remsen about 10 years ago. She made her home with her sister, Mrs. Louise Vanden Brink.
