Mr. Kiesby, father-in-law, of Mr. Theo Scott, died on the Strobeen farm south of Remsen, Nov. 23. – Le Mars Semi-Weekly Sentinel, Dec. 1, 1891, page 3.

Note: Claus Kiesby is buried in the Remsen City Cemetery.
