Funeral services for Henry Sanow, 70, Remsen farmer who died Wednesday in a hospital, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Christ Lutheran church at Remsen, Rev. Alfred Christiansen will officiate, and burial will be in the Remsen community cemetery under direction of the Fisch funeral home at Remsen.
Mr. Sanow was born December 9, 1889, on a farm in Cherokee county. He married Katherine Diercksen June 6, 1911. They farmed near Wilmont, Minn., for four years before moving to a farm southeast of Remsen, where they had resided ever since.
Survivors include the widow; three sons, Lester, William and Dale, all of Remsen; a brother, Frank, of Lynn, Minn., and two sisters, Mrs. Amelia Jacobs of Montrose, S.D., and Mrs. Herbert Ford of Marysville, Kan.
