Miss Edna Reeves Dies Early Today

Mission Hill (Special)--Death came early today at Sacred Heart hospital to Miss Edna Reeves, 64, who suffered a stroke a few days ago. She had been a resident of the Mission Hill community for the past forty years, and for some time had been making her home with an uncle, Tom Osborne.

Surviving besides the uncle is one sister, Mrs. Maude Hanson of Gayville.

Miss Reeves was born at Seney, Iowa, April 29, 1894.

Arrangements are made for funeral services to be conducted Wednesday at 2 o'clock in the Mission Hill Congregational church. Interment will be made in the Mission Hill cemetery. Friends may call Tuesday evening between 7 and 9 o'clock at the Schenk chapel.

EDNA C. REEVES

Edna C. Reeves, of Mission Hill, So. Dak., passed away at the Sacred Heart Hospital in Yankton, So. Dak., Monday morning, February 10, after suffering a stroke the previous Friday.

She was born April 29, 1884, at Seney, Iowa, the daughter of Mary and George Reeves.

She is survived by one sister, Mrs. Maude Hanson, of Gayville, So. Dak.; several nieces and nephews; one uncle, Thomas Osborne, of Mission Hill; and other relatives. Mrs. John Kunath of LeMars is a cousin.

Funeral services were held in the Mission Hill Congregational Church Wednesday, February 12. Burial was in the Mission Hill cemetery.
