Mrs. Dempster, wife of Robert L. Dempster, well known business man of LeMars, died at her home, 215 Second Avenue SE, Wednesday morning at the age of 36 years, following a long and painful illness of fourteen months duration.

Wilma Coons received a good education, attending the public schools in Edina and the State Teachers college at Kirksville, Mo. She taught in country schools in Knox and Scotland counties, Missouri, for five years and coming to Plymouth county was a teacher in the Union township schools for two years.

She was united in marriage September 28, 1925, at Boone, Iowa, with Robert L. Dempster, of LeMars.

She leaves to mourn her untimely death her husband, Robert L. Dempster, two daughters, Bonnie Marie and Margaret Ann, her parents, Mr. and Mrs. George Coons, of Edina, Mo., three sisters, Esther Coons, of LeMars, Mildred Coons, of Rockford, Ill., Mrs. Millard Cory, of Kirksville, Mo.
