Mrs. Britton Dies Here at Hospital

Mrs. Nellie Britton, 81, died Friday evening at the Spencer Municipal hospital where she had been a patient for the past couple of weeks. Prior to that she had been cared for for some time at the Delaney Nursing home.

Funeral services will be held Monday at 10 a.m. at the Cobb-Warner Funeral chapel. Rev. L. H. Pruel will officiate and burial will be in the cemetery in LeMars.

Survivors include two daughters and three sons. The daughters are Mrs. George Schmidt of Spencer and Mrs. Hazel Green of Kansas City, Mo. The sons are Wesley Green of Kansas City, Laurie (Lora) Green of Portland, Ore., and Harry Britton of Valparaiso, Ind. The out of town members of the family have all been recent visitors to their mother.
(Note--This is Nellie G. Albro, first married to Schuyler Green, then to Harry Britton after Schuyler's death. She is buried beside her first husband in LeMars.)
