OUR SENEY LETTER.
Seney, Ia., April 10, 1882

—Willie Petry, grandson of Carl Rabendarff, living two miles east of here was drowned in the Willow Creek, Saturday, and up to Tuesday morning the body had not been found. Willie’s parents live at Clarinda, Iowa, and he has been living with his grandparents for over a year. He was out with cattle Saturday, and when he did not return search was made for him and on the bank of the Creek lay his dog guarding his clothing. It seems that he had undressed and gone in the Creek to swim, and was drowned. His parents have been telegraphed the sad news. Willie was 10 years old, and a bright little fellow.
