LENA GREENEN RITES SET TUESDAY MORNINGFuneral services for Lena Weber Greenen of Le Mars, who died Saturday at Sacred Heart hospital, will be at 9 a.m. Tuesday at St. Joseph Cathoiic church. Burial will be in Calvary cemetery under direction of the Wilten-Luedkte funeral home.

LENA GREENENFuneral services for Miss Lena Greenen, Le Mars English teacher at Central high school of Sioux City for 32 years who died Saturday at Sacred Heart Hospital after a long sickness will be at 9 a.m. Tuesday at St. Joseph’s Catholic church.
Rt. Rev. Msgr. J. D. Fisch will officiate. Burial will be in Calvary cemetery here.
Miss Greenen was born in Streater, Illinois. She came to Le Mars with her parents.
She was a graduate of Visitation academy, Dubuque, Iowa, and Trinity college, Washington, D. C. She attended the State University of Iowa, and received a master of arts degree from the University of Colorado.
Miss Greenen’s first year of teaching was at LaJunta, Colorado. She taught in the Sioux City school system until her retirement.
Survivors include a sister, Miss Rose Greenen of Le Mars.
She was preceded in death by 3 sisters; Sister Mary Alverna O. S. F., Miss Mary Greenen and Sister Mary Servatius, O. S. F.
Sister Servatius was the first president of Briar Cliff college.
Deceased was a member of the Catholic Daughters of America; Catholic Women league; Missionary Association of Catholic Women, St. Monica's guild and 3rd order of St. Francis.
The rosary will be recited. at 8 p.m. Monday at the Wiltgen Luedtke funeral home.
