Charlotte Koch, 90, passed away on Monday, July 19, 2021.

A Graveside Service will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, July 31, 2021 at Plymouth Presbyterian Cemetery in rural Le Mars, Iowa. A time of fellowship with the family present will follow at the church. Local arrangements are with Rexwinkel Funeral Home.

Charlotte Ada Koch was born on November 21, 1930 in Carthage, MO the daughter of farmers Samuel and Ada Frere Fullerton. She married Donald Koch on March 21, 1951. In 1953, Donald and Charlotte moved to rural Akron, IA where they farmed. After Donald's death on May 12, 1989, Charlotte moved to Carthage, MO and ultimately to Boonville, MO. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of rural Akron, IA and the First Presbyterian Church in Boonville, MO. Charlotte graduated with a Bachelors of Science from Westmar College in Le Mars, IA. Once she moved to Boonville, MO, she worked for a number of years at the Boonville Correctional Facility as a GED instructor.

She leaves to cherish her memory five sons: Donald Koch of Akron, IA, David (Kathy) Koch of Burnsville, MN, Dr. Robert (Cindy) Koch of Boonville, MO, Dennis (Amy) Koch of Lakeville, MN, and Richard Koch of St. Louis Park, MN; two sisters: Francie Jones of Beauford, NC and Martha Reed of Cincinnati, OH; twelve grandchildren; and eighteen great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son, Douglas Koch; and daughter, Carolyn Koch.
