JOSEPH NASON

Joseph Nason, 69, Stevens, S. D., died Friday morning at a hospital here after a long illness.

He was born in Union county, S. D., February 14, 1880.

Survivors include the widow Elvira; six sons, Alfred and Omer, both of Westfield, Ia.,, and Adolphus, Robert, Orville and Lawrence, all of Stevens; six daughters, Mrs. Raymond Gardner, both of Sioux City, Mrs. Robert Bradshaw, Mrs. Lowell Steeg and Mrs. Ray Morgan, all of Stevens, and Mrs. Harvey McHenry of McCok Lake, S. D.; three brothers, Albert and harry, both of Westfield, and John of Jefferson, S. D.; and one sister, Annie of Westfield.

The body was taken to the Anderson funeral home.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at the Anderson funeral home for Joseph Nason, 69, Stevens, S. D., who died Friday at a Sioux City hospital after a long illness. Rev. Lawrence Carlton will officiate. Burial will be at Memorial park cemetery.

Joseph Nason, 69, Buried In Sioux City

Joseph Nason, 69, father of Alfred and Omer Nason of Westfield was buried in memorial park cemetery in Sioux City, Monday, following funeral services at the Andersen funeral home. His death occurred Friday in a Sioux City hospital.

Mr. Nason was born in Union county, S. D., February 14, 1880.

Survivors include his wife, Elvira; six sons, Alfred and Omer, mentioned above, and Adolphus, Robert, Orville and Lawrence, all of Stevens; six daughters, Mrs. George Hasbrouck and Mrs. Raymond Gardner, both of Sioux City, Mrs. Robert Bradshaw, Mrs. Lowell Steeg and Mrs. Ray Morgan, all of Stevens, and Mrs. Harvey McHenry of McCook Lake, S. D.; three brothers, Albert and Harry, both of Westfield, and John of Jefferson, S. D.; and one sister, Annie, of Westfield.
