Note: She is buried in Le Mars Memorial Cemetery. Her mother's maiden names is Lidster. Her first name is Mary Lou.

DEATH OF MRS. J. BORNHOLTZ

Succumbs to the Shock of Surgical Operation

Mrs. John Bornholtz who recently underwent a surgical operation for cancer at a hospital in Sioux City, died Friday in that city, the remains being brought to this place Monday.

Deceased was the wife of John Bornholtz living to Hungerford township, and was thirty-one years of age. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Saunders of Stanton township and was born and raised in that locality. She was married nine years ago to Mr. John Bornholtz. Six children were born to them, only one of whom is living.

She leaves her husband, one son seven years old, her mother, one brother, three sisters and many friends to mourn her untimely demise.

The obsequies were held from the Presbyterian church in this city yesterday afternoon, Rev. Moore conducting the service, and the remains were laid to rest in the city cemetery.

Death of Mrs. Bornholtz.

Mrs. John G. Bornholtz, of Lincoln township, died at a hospital in Sioux City on Saturday following a surgical operation for an internal malady.

The remains were brought to LeMars for interment and the funeral was held on Tuesday afternoon at the First Presbyterian church, Rev. W. G. Moore, the pastor, conducting the services.

The deceased woman was thirty-one years of age and was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Saunders, pioneer residents of Stanton township, where she was born and reared.

She was married about nine years ago to John Bornholtz. Six children were born to them only one of whom is living.

She leaves her husband, her son seven years old, her mother, one brother, three sisters to mourn her early demise.
