Note: Her mother's maiden name is Robinson. She is buried in Riverside Cemetery but I'm not sure if she is buried by her 1st husband William Pendleton or by her 2nd husband Albert Drew since they are both buried in Riverside or which last name is on her gravestone.

Mrs. Albert Drew

Mrs. Albert Pendleton Drew, 91, of Akron died Monday (Aug. 7, 1978) at her residence following an apparent heart attack.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the First Church of Christ. Rev. Michael McHugh and Rev. Berle Hicks will officiate. Burial will be in Riverside cemetery. A prayer service will be conducted at 8 pm. Wednesday at the Schroeder funeral home, Akron.

Mrs. Drew the former Henrietta Jordin, was born Oct. 1, 1886, in Union county, S.D. She married William Pendleton on Sept. 9, 1903, in Akron. He died in 1966. She married Mr. Drew on Jan. 22, 1975, in Luverne, Minn.

Mr. Drew was a member of the First Church of Christ at Akron for 76 years.

Survivors are her husband; a daughter, Mrs. Opal Steineke of Sioux Falls; a son, Vernon Pendleton of LeMars; 4 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild.
