Anna M. Harms, 67, Greensburg, Pa., a former longtime Le Mars resident, died Thursday (July 17, 1975) at Latrobe area hospital, Latrobe, Pa., after an extended illness.
She was born Dec. 16, 1907, at Chatsworth, a daughter of William and Clara Brabander Ludwigs. She was a Le Mars resident until 2 1/2 years ago.
Mrs. Harms was a member of St. John American Lutheran church. Her marriage to Wilbur Ellis took place in 1929. He died in 1950. Her marriage to Mr. Harms was in 1960. He died in 1970.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at St. John American Lutheran church, with Rev. Arnold Imbrock officiating. Burial will be in Christ Lutheran cemetery, Grant township.
Survivors are two daughters, Mrs. Donald (Patricia) Fiete, Greensburg, Pa., and Mrs. Donald (JoAnn) Christensen, Denver; four sisters: Mrs. Clara Kluver, Mountain Lake, Minn.; Mrs. Louise Lubben and Mrs. Edna Kleene, both of LeMars; Mrs. Rose Johnson, Hawarden; three brothers: Fred Ludwigs, Stanton, Iowa; and Art and William Ludwigs, both of Sioux City; six grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
