Note: His name is Oscar John Mockler and was born Feb. 27, 1894 and died Nov. 9, 1910. His mother’s maiden name was McGinnis and her obituary said he died in 1914 but he actually died in 1910.

As we go to press we learn that one of the little son of Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Mockler died Wednesday. The funeral will occur Friday.

The funeral services of Harry (actually Oscar) Mockler, son of Mr. an dMrs. J. W. Mockler, were held Friday afternoon at the Congregational church. Rev. Mr. Steele preached the funeral serman. Interment was made in the Kingsley cemetery.

McGinnis and son, of Mechanieville, Iowa; Mrs. Mamie O’Conner, of Vail, Iowa; Miss Nellie Hickey, of Vail, Iowa; and Mrs. Wm. F. Mockler, of Bismarck, N. D.; his elder brother, were here last week to attend the funeral of the little son of Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Mockler which was held at the Congregational church here last Friday.
