Former County Pioneer Woman Dies In Omaha

Funeral services for Mrs. William Klave, 82, of Omaha, formerly of Plymouth county, were held Monday in Sioux City with burial in Floyd cemetery.

Mr. and Mrs. Klave were pioneer settlers 10 miles northwest of Le Mars and when they retired settled in Brunsville. In 1920 they moved to Sioux City. In 1948 she moved to Omaha.

Survivors include three sons: Louis of Washington, D. C, Herman of Sioux City and George of Elk Point, S. D., and four daughters, Mrs. Theresa Calva of Los Angeles, Mrs. John Beard of Council Bluffs, Mrs. Wilma Stolze of Omaha and Mrs. William McKetrick of Sioux City. Also, a sister, Mrs. Hannah Pageler of Craig and two brothers, Gerritt Johnson of Le Mars and Carl Johnson of Merrill. charge to all persons interested in national and international affairs. A free-will offering will be taken during the course of the evening to assist the agricultural evening school group in paying its share of the expense of bringing Mr. Wood to Le Mars.
