Harry Manning, 69, Was Lifelong County Resident; Rites Monday
Harry Manning, 69, lifelong Plymouth county resident, died Friday at Sacred heart hospital after several years of ailing health. He had been hospitalized four days.
Funeral services were at 10 a.m. Monday at Mauer's funeral home. Burial was in the city cemetery.
Harry Harrison Manning was born Feb. 25, 1889, in Union township. He had been employed as a general laborer.
Survivors include a son, Milo of LeMars; two daughters, Mrs. Harold (Frances) Vestol and Mrs. (Dorothy) Davis, both of Waterloo, two brothers, LeRoy and Raymond Manning, both of LeMars, and six grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister and three brothers.
