RITES HELD WED, FOR HULDA STAUFFER, 76

Wednesday afternoon, at 1:30 p.m. funeral services for Hulda Stauffer, 76, a former long time resident of Kingsley, were held at the W. Harry Christy Funeral Home in Sioux City.

Miss Stauffer, a practical nurse who moved to Sioux City in 1952, passed away Sunday, March 13, in a Sioux City hospital after a brief illness.

Henry Carter, of the Jehovah’s Witnesses congregation in Morningside officiated and burial was made in the Kingsley cemetery.

Obituary

Miss Stauffer was born December 26, 1883, in Holt County, Nebraska and moved to the Kingsley community when a young girl. She was a member of Jehovah’s Witnesses

A sister, Mrs. Arba Mackay of Remsen, Iowa survives.
