Mrs. H. H. Hillrichs

CRAIG, Iowa – Mrs. Henry H. Hillrichs, 79, died May 14 at a Sioux City hospital after a brief illness.

Services will e at 1:30 p.m. May 17 in St. John Lutheran Church, Craig, with the Rev. O. K. Anderson officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery with the Schroeder Funeral Home of Akron, in charge.

Mrs. Hillrichs, the former Kathryn Westergard, was born Sept. 20, 1895, in Sioux County, Iowa. She was married May 24, 1922, in Hawarden. They farmed near Akron until retiring to Craig in 1954. Mr. Hillrichs died in 1971.

Survivors include three sons, Robert of Akron, Donald of Fremont, Neb., and Lowell of Ireton; a daughter, Mrs. Ervin (Lois) Stevens of Centerville; a brother, Chris of Ireton.
