LE MARS, Iowa—Pearl E. Toel, 70, of Le Mars, died Friday in a Sioux City hospital.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday, at Sr. Paul’s Lutheran Church in rural Merrill with the Rev. Kevin Frey officiating. Burial will be in Le Mars Memorial Cemetery. There will be a prayer service at 7:30 p.m. today at Mauer-Johnson Funeral Home.

Mrs. Toel, the former Pearl E. Klemme, was born Aug. 11, 1916, in Plymouth County. She married William Toel on June 18, 1941, in rural Merrill. She was Plymouth County resident all her life.

Survivors include her husband; two sons, Ronal of Palatine, Ill., and Jay of Le Mars; two daughters, Mrs. Leonard (Norma) Keahi of Merrill, and Mrs. Fred (Judy) Schiefen of Le Mars; her mother, Mrs. Anna Klemme of Le Mars; one sister, Mrs. William (Ella) Utesch of Akron; and two grandchildren.
