RURAL TEACHER IS CALLED BY DEATH
Josephine E. Woll Lived In Plymouth County All Her Life

Miss Josephine E. Woll, 44, a resident of Johnson township, this county, passed away Tuesday, November 11, 1941, at the Sacred Heart Hospital in LeMars, following a long illness. She had been in ill health for three years. A daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Woll, well known residents of Johnson township, she was born June 12, 1897, and had lived in Plymouth county all her life. For a number of years she had been engaged in school teaching.

Her death is mourned by her parents; three sisters, Mrs. Henry Lucken, of Akron; Mrs. James Burke, of Jefferson, S.D. and Miss Cleo Woll, of Sioux City, and a brother, John Woll, of Merrill. One brother, Frank, died at the age of four years.

The funeral was held last Thursday morning in St. Joseph’s church at Ellendale, this county, Rev. Father Zeno Reising, pastor of the church, officiating. Interment was in the church cemetery.
