Markus Kroger Died Tuesday

Markus L. Kroger, aged 59, died Tuesday of this week, at the home of his brother, following an extended illness.

The deceased was born near Anthon January 18, 1885, and lived in that community for thirty years, after which he moved to this community, which has been his home ever since.

He is survived by one brother, John Kroger, of Kingsley; three sisters, Mrs. Anna Hansmann, of Vesta, Minn., Mrs. Jennie Stephenson, of Kingsley and Mrs. Minnie Bock, of LeMars

The funeral service will be held in the Methodist church Friday afternoon at 2:30, with Rev. M. L. Metcalf in charge, assisted by Rev. Lloyd. Interment will be in the Kingsley Cemetery.
