McMillan, 86, of Sioux City passed away Monday, Sept. 14, 2015, at a Sioux City nursing home.

A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Jehovah's Witnesses North, 3713 Green Ave., in Sioux City. Arrangements are under the direction of Meyer Brothers Morningside Chapel.

Fannie McMillan was born on Oct. 18, 1928, in Sioux City, the daughter of Andrew and Mary (Rollins) Loraditch. Fannie married Delmar E. McMillan on July 2, 1949. She was a Jehovah Witness, baptized in February 1982.

Fannie is survived by one sister, Lillian Flohr of Wheatridge, Colo.; sister-in-law, Phyllis McMillan of Sioux City; two nephews, Tom Stevens of Sioux City, and Mark McMillan; two nieces, Peggy Stevens of Sioux City, and Myrna Strouse; along with many other nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her husband; her parents; three brothers; and three sisters.
