Life Long Invalid Claimed By Death

Alma Varenhorst Was Stricken When Small Child

Funeral services will be held this afternoon at the Maner chapel for Alma Varenhorst, 18, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Varenhorst, residing at 430 Seventh avenue SW, who died Saturday at the state institution at Woodward, Iowa.

Alma Varenhorst was an invalid nearly all her life.

Born November 28, 1919, she was stricken with paralysis when two years old.

She is survived by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Varenhorst, and three brothers, Ben Varenhorst of Davenport, Iowa, Frak and LaVern Varenhorst of this city.

Rev. W. M. Hubbard, pastor of the Methodist church, will conduct the service and interment will be made in the city cemetery.
