MRS. E. A. NURNBERG TAKEN BY DEATH
[from newspaper dated September 24, 1953]

Funeral services for Mrs. Alma V. Nurnberg, who passed away Wednesday morning, will be held at 2 p.m., Friday, at the Ivan Winter Funeral Home at Sioux City, with Rev. Frank Wimp, officiating. Interment will be in Memorial Park cemetery at Sioux City.

Mrs. Nurnberg was born May 9, 1876, in Yankton county, South Dakota, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Meier, pioneer settlers of Yankton county. She was married to Emmett A. Nurnberg, Oct. 3, 1904, at Tyndall, S.D., and was a resident of Sioux City for over 30 years, moving to Hinton in 1945. She was a member of the Hinton Methodist church.

Survivors include her widower, Emmett A. Nurnberg; a daughter, Mrs. Letha Bundy; a son, Robert, and two grandchildren, Bobby and Kathleen Nurnberg.
