Mrs. Fred Bridgeman, 84, of Akron, died Nov. 13, 1974, at the Akron hospital.

Services were held at 1:30 Saturday, Nov. 16, in the Schroeder Funeral Home. The Rev. Dean Orris officiated with burial in Riverside cemetery.

Casket bearers were Gerald Weddle Henry Eichacker, Harold Scott and Daniel Searls.

Mrs. Bridgeman, whose given name was Nannie, was born Sept. 22, 1890, at Villisca. She was married Dec. 21, 1910, at Red Oak. The couple came to the Akron area in 1918 and farmed, retiring in 1961. Mr. Bridgeman died in 1971.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Paul Eichacker of Akron, three grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
