Alexander Harrison Was Member Of Lincoln Township Family

Alexander Harrison was born in Kalamazoo, Mich., July 3, 1853 and died March 1, 1923, age 69 years, 7 months, and 29 days.

Mr. Harrison came to Iowa with his parents at the age of 21 years and lived in the same vicinity the remainder of his life. For some years he had stomach trouble, but was able to get around until about three months ago. Since that time he gradually failed until death claimed him.

Mr. Harrison was the father of a large family and was kind and loving to those about him. He is survived by his widow Mrs. Freda Harrison, eight children, George, Eugene Cyrus, Elsie, La Verna and Lawrence, of Merrill, Mrs. Lucretia Pottle of Dayton, O., and Mrs. Mable Mooks of Merrill. There are twelve grandchildren and one great grandchild. Henry and Cyrus, of Woodstock, Minn., and Jerry Harrison, of Hinton, are brothers, and Mrs. Addie Nash, of Hinton, a sister.
