Louis Heyl Dies At Lake Benton
Was Employed at Foundry For Fifteen Years
Funeral services were held Thursday afternoon at St. John's Lutheran church in this city for Louis Heyl, well known former Le Mars resident. Services were conducted by Rev. J. Bloom of Lake Benton, Minn., and Rev. L. L. Belk, pastor of the church, and interment made in the city cemetery.
Mr. Heyl was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. George Heyl, poneers of Plymouth county.
Louis Heyl was an employee of the Pech Foundry company in this city for fourteen years before going to Lake Benton, Minn., near which place he was engaged in farming.
Mr. Heyl was attacked by illness Friday and failed rapidly, due to pneumonia, and passed away Monday.
He is survived by his wife and five children who accompanied the remains to Le Mars for the last rites.
