Lester H. Andresen

Las Vegas, Nev. -- Lester H. Andresen, 72, of Las Vegas, Nev., and an Akron native, died Wednesday, March 27, 2002, at his home in Las Vegas.

Les was born Jan. 24, 1930, at Akron. He was raised in the Le Mars area and graduated in 1948 from Le Mars High School. He served in Company K. from 1948 to 1952. He was retired from Northwestern Bell.

Survivors include cousins in the Le Mars and Akron areas.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Johanna (Nannen) Andresen and his sister, Marion (Andresen) Thompson.

The body was cremated and a prayer services was held at Reformation Lutheran Church in Las Vegas.
