Dora Pech

Funeral services for Dora Pech, 82, Merrill, will be held Thursday at 1:30 p.m. at Merrill United Methodist church. Rev. Donald Bardole will officiate and burial will be in Le Mars Memorial cemetery under direction of the Mauer funeral home in Le Mars.

Mrs. Pech, the former Dora B. Falk, died March 23, 1981, at St. Joseph hospital, Sioux City, after a lengthy illness.

She was born Nov. 21, 1898, at Seney, Plymouth county, to William and Emelia Lindner Falk. Her marriage to George Henry Pech took place Jan. 10, 1920, in Sioux City. The couple farmed in Plymouth township near Merrill until retiring to Merrill in Dec. 1959.

Mr. Pech died Feb. 8, 1965. She was also preceded in death by her parents; five brothers and two sisters.

Survivors are a sister, Mrs. Henry (Mayme) Reints, Le Mars, and nieces and nephews.

She was a member of Merrill United Methodist church.
