Services Monday for Mrs. Henry Buehre, 86, Long County Resident

Mrs. Henry Buehre, Sr., 121 Fourth avenue southwest passed away at her home wednesday at 2:20 p.m. after suffering a cerebral hemorrhage.

Lucia Miller was born in Graubunden, Switzerland, Nov. 19, 1864, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Abraham Miller. At the age of 18 she came to this country with her parents and settles in Plymouth county. She was the oldest of six children.

Her four brothers and one sister preceded her in death as did her parents.

She was united in marriage Oct. 31, 1888, with Henry Buehre at Le Mars. They farmed in Johnson township until 1917, when they retired and moved to Le Mars and have since resided here.

She leaves her husband, Henry; one sone Henry O. Buehre of Sioux City; two daughters; Mrs. fred (Emma) Susemihl of Le Mars and Mrs. Arthur (Clara) Wetrosky of Akron; also ten grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

She was a member of the st. John's Evangelical church and of the Women's guild of that church.

Services will be held Monday Mrrch 26 at 2:00 p.m. at st. John's Evangelical and Reformed church with Rev. Milton Straube officiating. Burial will be in Plymouth Presbyterian cemetery at Creighthorn.

The body will be at Wiltgen-Luedike Funeral home until Sunday morning and will then be taken to her home until service time.
