DEATH OF FORMER WESTFIELD WOMAN

Mrs. Mabel S. McSparran, 75, Sioux City, died unexpectedly Friday morning at a hospital.

Mrs. McSparran was born Nov. 25, 1881, at Charter Oak, Iowa. She was married to Samuel A. McSparran, November 24, 1904, at Milnerville. They farmed in the Iowa communities of Westfield, Hinton, and Lawton. He died March 5, 1955.

Survivors include four sons, a daughter, two brothers, six sisters including Mrs. Fern dreeszen and Mrs. Hazel Taylor, both of Westfield, 14 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Tuesday at a Sioux City funeral home, Rev. G. W. McMichael officiating. Burial was in Memorial Park Cemetery.
