Note: He is buried in Hillside Cemetery. His wife's maiden name was Petersen. Birth year is 1864.

Rasmus Jensen, a Washington township farmer, dropped dead Wednesday evening while sitting on the porch with his family. He had been a sufferer from heart trouble for months, but was able to attend to his work and had hauled corn to Merrill the day he died.

Mr. Jensen was about fifty-five years of age and moved to this county from Salix, five years ago.

He is survived by his wife and eleven children. Two of the children are married and live in the same neighborhood, Emil Jensen and Mrs. Frank Clark, Henry went to Camp Dodge with the last contingent and the children at home are Olga, Nora, Albert, Anna, Eva, Clifford, Raymond, and Lucille, the latter a babe of five months.
