Mrs. Frank (Anna) Eden, 93, of Akron, died Monday, Dec. 21, 1981 in the Akron nursing home after a brief illness.

Services were held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in Trinity Lutheran church in Akron. The Rev. Marvin Mueller officiated. Organist was Pam Richards, with the congregation singing, "Softly and Tenderly" and "What A Friend We Have In Jesus".

Pall bearers were Gerald Krause, Herman Renken, Glenn Milbrodt, Marvin Hitzemann, Delmer Gerrietts, and R. J. Witt.

Burial was in Riverside cemetery, under direction of the Schroeder funeral home of Akron.

Mrs. Eden, the former Anna Sophie Fredrickson, was born Dec. 28, 1887 in Germany. She married Frank Eden Feb. 14, 1906, at Akron. They farmed their entire life in the Akron area, retiring to Akron in 1947. Mr. Eden died June 30, 1973.

Survivors include nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Frank.
