Vincent Beyer

Vincent M. Beyer, 53, Sioux City, died Wednesday, June 1, 1977, at his residence folowing a long illness.

Services were at 10 a.m. Friday at Blessed Sacrament Church, Sioux City. Rov. Thomas Flanagan officiated with burial in St. Joseph's Cemetery in Ellendate, rural Merrill.

Mr. Beyer was born Aug. 5, 1923, in Chamberlain, S. D. He married Agnes Jochum on Nov. 28, 1946, at Algon. He was a veteran of World War 2. he came to Sioux City in 1959. He was employed by Sioux Quality Packes until retiring in 1972. he was a member of Blessed Sacrament Church.

Survivors are his wife; four sons, Kenneth of Rock Rapids, James of Holstein, Rick of Sioux City and Randy of Remsen; five daughters, Mrs. JoAnn Hansen, Denver, Colo..; Mrs. Joyce Baer of Aurora, Colo., and Nancy, Brenda and Lorri, all of Sioux City; three grandchildren, and two brothers, Al of Elk Point, S. D. and Joseph of Chamberlain.
