Note: Her mother's maiden name is McLaughlin and her first name is Mary. She was born in 1874. She is buried in Rosehill Cemetery, in Hand County, SD.

Friends received word yesterday of the death of Mrs. Art Moat, which took place at Lomita, Calif.

The deceased was a sister of Mrs. M. F. Brodie, of this city, and a daughtrer of John Ross, a pioneer Crathorne resident.

Mr. and Mrs. Brodie leave this morning to attend the funeral, which will be held at
Wessington, S. D., Thursday.
