DIED.
FORBES—At her home four miles east of town, Saturday, April 13, of heart disease, Mrs. Silas Forbes, aged about 60 years.

Mrs. Forbes death was very sudden and unexpected by the other inmates of the house. She retired to bed Saturday night apparently in good health and was discovered dead in her bed in the morning. She had been subject to heart trouble and the cause of her death was pronounced as such by her medical attendant.

Mr. Forbes is away from home somewhere in Kansas and as it is not exactly known where he is or how soon he can be summoned, the remains have been embalmed until they can hear from him.

Mr. and Mrs. Forbes, who are very well known as old residents of the community, have no children. They settled here in the early seventies and been well liked and respected by a large circle of friends and acquaintances who extend their sympathies to Mr. Forbes in his sad and sudden bereavement.
