Early Settler Passes Divide

County authorities were notified this week of the death of Robert Gardner at the state institution in Cherokee Monday, September 18. Robert Gardner was an early settler in the west part of the county. Mentally incapacitated for many years his name is just a memory in annals of Plymouth county.
