Milton H. Blair, 81, Sioux City, a retired painter, died Monday morning (Nov. 1, 1976) at a Sioux City hospital after a long illness.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Anderson-Perasso funeral home with Rev. Alverne Kinrade, pastor of Trimble United Methodist church, officiating. Burial will be in Graceland Park cemetery.

Pallbearers will be members of the Sioux City consistory.

Mr. Blair was born on Nov. 26, 1894 in Le Mars and went to Sioux City in 1915. He was a painter for 20 years before his retirement in 1973.

He was a member of the Court street gang, Sioux City Consistory and Monahan Post 64, American Legion. He had been a member of Rosebud Lodge 188, AF&AM, Herrick, S.D. for over 50 years and was a veteran of world war I.

Survivors are three sisters, Mrs. Rose Davis, Mrs. Davina Chase and Mrs. Ithe Doran, all of Sioux City, and a brother, Midral of Sioux City.
