Mrs. Harley Caskey

Mrs. Harley (Marie) Caskey, 60, Westfield, died Monday (Nov. 12, 1979) at the Akron hospital after a long illness.

Services were held at 1:30 Wednesday at the Schroeder funeral home in Akron. The Rev. Mark Knox officiated. Burial was in Riverside cemetery in Akron.

Paulbearers were Phillip Beaubien, Lou Conway, Darrel Caskey, Orville Feauto, Jim Buryanek, and Donald Caskey.

Mrs. Caskey, the former Mary Ellen (Marie) Faust, was born Dec. 5, 1918, at Westfield. She married Harley Caskey, Oct. 14, 1941, at Pender, Neb. They farmed east of Westfield until his death in 1962. She worked as postmaster at Westfield for two years and as a waitress at the Knotty Keg.

Survivors include a son, Joseph of Westfield; a foster son, Levi Hughes, of Marietta, Ga., and three brothers, Edward and Clifford Faust, both of Westfield and Leo of Akron.
