DONALD CARROLL
Donald Leroy Carroll, 77, of Sioux City died unexpectedly Sunday, July 8, 2001, at Sioux City Harvest Westside Nursing Home and Rehabilitation Center.

Graveside services were held at 3:00 p.m. on July 9, at Floyd Valley Cemetery rural Merrill, Iowa.

Mr. Carroll was born September 14, 1923, in Sioux City to Alfred and Laura (Early) Carroll. He attended school at Central High School and was a veteran of World War II. He retired from Knapp & Spencers.

Survivors include his mother Laura Carroll; a sister-in-law Peggy Carroll; grandson Michael and his wife Maureen of Le Mars; Dennis and his wife Marla of Las Vegas Nevada; five great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandsons.

He preceded in death by his father, Alfred Carroll, and a brother, Delmar Carroll.
