ROBERT L. PRIBORSKY
Robert Priborsky age, 73, of Mesa, Arizona, and a former Hinton resident died Thursday November 12, 1998, at Desert Samaritan Hospital in Mesa after a lengthy illness. Services were held in Sioux City on Tuesday November 17, 1998, with the Rev. Leo Kostizen officiating. Burial was in Logan Park Cemetery with Military graveside rites by American Legion Casper Post 477 of Hinton Iowa. Mr. Priborsky was born December 18, 1924, in Sioux City the son of Alfred and Eleanor (Mogensen) Priborsky. He graduated from Hinton Community High School. He served with the United States Navy during World War 11. He married Marilyn June Owen October 5, 1947, in Sioux City, Iowa. She died January 20, 1963, in Sioux City. He later married Alta Hendrix on December 4, 1965, in Sioux City, Iowa,. He lived and farmed in Plymouth County west of Hinton retiring in 1972. He worked for American District Telegraph during the years he farmed and continued to work for them after retiring form the farm. Survivors include his wife Alta Priborsky of Mesa, Arizona; 3 sons Robert Owen Priborsky and his wife Kathleen (Raby) Priborsky of Littleton, Colorado.Raymond Priborsky of Hinton, Iowa, and Randall Priborsky of Mesa; one daughter Constance Lee Norton of Sioux City, Iowa, three grandchildren Rob Priborsky, Rebecca Priborsky and Gary Norton. He preceded in death by his parents and one brother Raymond Priborsky.
