INFANT BOY PASSES AWAY.
Mr. and Mrs. Frank Schroeder, living 14 miles southwest of Remsen and well known in this community, have the sympathy of their many friends over the death of their infant boy, Laurence, who died at the family home last Friday morning at 10 days old. Funeral services were held at the home Friday afternoon and were conducted by Rev. A. Noack , pastor of St. Paul’s Evangelical [Christ Lutheran] church. Burial was in the Remsen cemetery. Besides the parents, three brothers and two sisters survive. Pall bearers were Milton and Milo Kunkel and Luverne and Leonard Wiederholdt. – Remsen Bell-Enterprise, April 27, 1933
Note: Although there is no gravestone for baby Laurence, he is likely buried by his brother and sister, Harm and Bernice Schroeder in the Remsen City Cemetery.
