WESTFIELD INFANT DIES AFTER A BRIEF ILLNESS

Karen Eugenia Waddell, 13 1/2 month-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Duwane B.Waddell, Westfield, died Monday night of last week at a Sioux City hospital after a brief illness.

Karen was born Sept. 6, 1959, in Sioux City.

Survivors besides the parents include a sister, Christine; two brothers, Edward and Elliott; the maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Floyd E. Hughes of Westfield, and a paternal grandparent, Denver Waddell of Sioux City, and The great-grandparents, Mr.and Mrs. Charles Keasirries of Sioux City.

Funeral services were at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the Anderson funeral home, rev. Robert Schesvold of Glendale Baptist church and Rev. S. D. Huff officiated. Burial was in Logan park cemetery, Sioux City.
