Obituary

Mrs. LeRoy Manning

Mrs. LeRoy Manning, 83, 401 Sixth St. NW, died at her home unexpectedly Monday. She was a lifelong resident of the Le Mars area.

Funeral services will be at 11:20 a.m. Thursday at St. James Catholic church with Rev. John Turza officiating.

Burial will be in Calvary cemetery under direction of the Luedtke funeral home. Rosary will be recitedat 8:20 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Friends may call at the Luedtke funeral home after 2 p.m. Wednesday.

The former Agnes Geary, she was born Nov. 23, 1888, in Stanton township near Le Mars, a daughter of the late William and Alice Geary. She married Leroy Manning June 19, 1910, at St. Joseph Catholic church in Lincoln township, Plymouth county. She was a homemaker.

Mrs. Manning was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.

Survivors are her husband, Le Roy of Le Mars: a son, Charles E. of Le Mars and two sisters, Mrs. William Ahern of Missoula, Mont. and Mrs. George Hart of Des Moines.
