Ronald Laverne, little grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Witt, of Akron, died Monday, March 24.

The child had been sick of measles, but had so far recovered as to be able to be up and about the house, and it had been expected that he could return to school soon.

He arose at about 7 o'clock Monday morning, when his grandmotehr did, but was soon after seized with convulsions and lapsed into unconsciousness, remaing in that condition, until the end came late in the afternoon.

Ronald Laverne Witt was born in Akron, March 31, 1923, and died March 24, 1930, at the age of 6 years, 11 months and 24 days. He was a bright and livable child and will be greatly missed by his devoted grandparents and schoolmates.

His death comes as a hard blow to his devoted grandparents and other relative, wo have the sympathy of the community in their bereavement.

Funeral services were held on Thursday aternoon at 1:30 at the home and at 2 o'clock in Trinity Lutheran church, conducted by Rev. F. A. Meske. Interment in Riverside cemetery.
