Note: His mother's maiden name is Arnold, and his wife's maiden name is Alderson. He is buried in Hillside Cemetery.

STROKE FATAL PASSES AWAY

WILLIAM G. HAMILTON, OF LIBERTY TOWNSHIP, DIES AFTER BRIEF ILLNESS

Death Wednesday morning claimed William G. Hamilton, aged 65, at a Sioux City hospital, following a stroke of apoplexy which he suffered at his home in Liberty Township.

Mr. Hamilton had lived in Plymouth County for many years and was a successful farmer in Liberty Township. He was a member of the Knights of Pythias, the Woodmen of the World and the Presbyterian Church.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Daisy Hamilton, four sons, James, Wesely, Veo and Wayne and four daughters, Ruth, Jennie, Arlene and Aylene. He also is survived by a brother, Joseph Hamilton, and two sisters, Mrs. Mary Scott, and Mrs. Sarah Stinton of Akron.

The body was taken to the home in Liberty Township, pending funeral arrangements.

Mr. Hamilton was well known and highly respected in a large circle of friends and acquaintances as an upright citizen and good neighbor.
