HINTON, Special — Relatives and friends received word of the death of Lloyd Thompson, 66, of Grand Junction, Colo.

He died Sunday, Feb. 27 at the hospital at Grand Junction after a long illness,

Funeral services and burial were held March at Grand Junction.

He was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Joe Thompson, Hinton.

He is survived by his wife, Sylvia; two brothers, Kenneth, Sioux Falls and Martin, Des Moines and two sisters, Mrs. Ralph (Gertrude) Kitterman, Waterloo and Mrs. Leslie (Mary) Trometer, Hinton.
